menuInfoCat and menuInfoCatByChild Minor changes:

• Hidden in subcatify area with dark
• Small and normal font with p0w0
• Hidden with wipi
• Clear wasn't changed.

Bugs in header: href in link rel="start" was empty.
Which meant a wrong tag (e.g. for google)
