No more timeouts when updating metadata! Automate repetitive sync tasks, save clicks, and run large batches reliably - thumbnails, videos, metadata, all in one go. Runs large batches smoothly, showing a detailed progress bar.

AlbumPilot automates several key synchronization steps within Piwigo, saving you time and effort during album management. It allows you to batch process file synchronization, thumbnail generation, video poster creation, metadata updates, checksum calculations, and other features with a simple, user-friendly interface.

Thanks to its chunked processing architecture, long-running tasks, including metadata updates for existing files, run reliably to completion, even when they take considerable time.

Important Note

Unfortunately, the plugin header in 'main.inc.php' in earlier versions (up to v1.2.0) was missing the 'Plugin URI' line that Piwigo uses to check for new releases.

Because of this missing line in previous versions, automatic updates will not work for AlbumPilot < v1.2.1.

To update manually once to the latest version (and enable automatic update functionality for all future versions), please follow these quick steps:

1. In your Piwigo admin panel, click Plugins in the left-hand navigation.
2. Click Add a new plugin.
3. In the search bar, type AlbumPilot.
4. Click Add next to the AlbumPilot entry.

This will install the new version directly over your existing one. All settings and logs are preserved.
After this, future updates will be detected and installed automatically.

Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for your patience!
