The WikimediaCommons plugin allows you to export photos from Piwigo to Wikimedia Commons, setting metadata in the process.
To use it, you first have to set up an OAuth consumer on Meta Wiki. Instructions for doing this are on the plugin settings page (accessed via Piwigo's plugin manager).
This plugin is (as of May 2026) a proof of concept, and any feedback would be gratefully received.
