* only virtualize photos with a computed md5sum (stored in the database). Virtualize purpose is not to compute md5sum. The Batch Manager can already do it better. Without md5sum computation, the virtualize process becomes much faster.
* hide action button if there is nothing to virtualize
* hide action button if some photos to virtualize have no md5sum yet
* virtualize categories (albums) in a much smarter way: only if they have no physical photos yet
* count the number of virtualized photos
