Updating Piwigo dependencies such as jQuery and jQuery UI is important, whatever the changes they introduce.
The most important thing I have in mind is that jQuery 1.5 is faster. Read more on jquery.com
Well this link is a bit useless, do u see en_GB ? Bcz I can't, and if there was such language file, there is marks (color) like in Google Code for the changes.
