I upgraded from Piwigo 11 to Piwigo 12.2.0 yesterday of a small library of photos (612) and 28 plugins. I first checked to make sure the plugins I use are compatible with Piwigo version 12. I also backed up the site and database as a precaution. The upgrade process went well with no hiccups.
The upgrade process (i.e., downloading the files) was fast. The upgrade script deactivated most of the plugins. I then upgraded the 28 plugins, which was fast also. All 28 appear to work. Great work for making it so easy (at least for me).

Hi PLG,
Congrats on the latest piwigo!!! I am runng the latest versjon. 3 questions:
Synchronize works really good up to 85000 pictures in 3424 Albums. After that noting gets uploaded and the upload page goes blanc after a while.
I have tired Quick local synchronisation and same things happens here.
I have uploaded all the albums via FTP to galleries and can see the albums that are not uploaded.
Any ideas what to do?
2. question:
Is there any way to upload one album, and have it go to galleries, or will it be saved to upload?
3. question:
I really would like to clean the url for album and single page

When I updated to 12.2 and tried to download photos ---> corrupt file ... Where is the problem? Trying to downgrade to version 12.1, the problem is not gone.

Went automagically from 11.5 to 12.2 without any problems :-) And all of my 11 plugins also work as expected.

But since the Update to 12.x.x my links don't work anymore. I had it setup without ? and without .php
