I'm testing out v.2.0.1 on my local system.  I transferred four directories of photos into the galleries folder.  Each one already has its own "thumbnail" folder.  The main photos are .jpg, the thumbnails are .png, 128x128 px, labeled TN-[name].png.  I put  $conf['prefix_thumbnail'] = 'TN-'; in  config_local.inc.php and moved that to piwigo/include.

When I synchronize, it says all the thumbnails are missing!  I tried using jpg thumbnails inside their own subdirectory or in the same subdir as the main pictures.  Same thing.  It will not recognize that they're there.

I can't find what I'm doing wrong.  It *looks* like everything was done by the book. ?? 

When I tell PWG to go ahead and make the thumbnails, it does.  It makes jpgs and puts them in a "thumbnail" subdirectory.
