How can I write a comment of a slide gallery in bold text (not the comment of a picture, this is ok)?

Is it possible to format this comment "left justified" and not "grouped style" (I'm not sure if I translated correct, I hope you understand it).

Is it possible too to format the comment "normal" and not "Italic"?
