[resolved] [newbie]: Installation of an extension?
Hello,
I'm very new to Piwigo, so please forgive my poor question:
How do I install an extension? In this case the MoreEXIF extension. I downloaded it already, but scanning the wiki and forum didn't give me an idea. Can anybody be so kind to introduce me?

Hello,
You should go on "Administration" page>"Specials" section>"Plugins".
In the last tab (Others Plugins) you could download and install all the plugins (automatic install or download file).

I already tried it this way, but the extension is not listed. So I thought, 'Plugin' and 'Extension' may be something different?

Solved!
1. Copied the extension file to /include/
2. Created a 'config_local.inc.php' file in directory /include/
3. Copied the config-directives, coming with the extension file into the config file
All things are working as expected! :-)
