Great news. A chinese forum for Piwigo would be a nice enhancement for the project. China is currently the third country to visit piwigo.org and really deserves our effort.

As ddtddt already told you, cn.piwigo.org is under preparation. Eliot
Poon is currently translating some pages and has translated
piwigo.org/ext. Winson has made several translations for the
announcement subscription or Piwigo itself.

I can give you the code of our forum of course, but there are other
way to have chinese forum for Piwigo.

1) Other communities (french, german, polish, spanish, italian) are
hosted on the same server, sharing application for example. We can
have the forum on cn.piwigo.org/forum (and you would be admin of
course), this way you don't have to manage low level tasks (such as
forum code security update).

2) We can also give you SVN access to piwigo.org code and you can host
the forum by yourself with the very same code as what we have on
*.piwigo.org/forum.

3) We can also forward cn.piwigo.org to your server and let you manage
all the stuff.

Tell me what's the option you like most, we will make your life as
easy as possible :-)

Somes strings are still "hard coded", it's quite obvious on cn.piwigo.org/forum because you don't use western characters. I'm talking about "Tags", "Hot tags" or "Timeline". We will make them "localizable" and ask for translations :-)

winson/mzs777, now that chinese forum is available, I propose to notify all the subscribers to Piwigo newsletter in chinese. Can you translate this email?
