This is a stereoscopic picture viewer.
You just have to put a .jps extension to your stereoscopic jpeg image pair (a jpeg image with the two view side by side) and this plugin will do his job

This plugin is based on the Muttyan's Home Page work.
His flash stereoscopic isn't free (like free speech) but it is free (like free beer) and you can use it without limitation.
