I am finding an extension that I can have more than 1 next thumbnail or more than 1 previous thumbnail in picture.tpl.

Is there any? Or can I code for it by simple coding?

this is the only plugin I know who could look like what you want.
I your needs are more specific, you could make your own plugin and/or template.
might be hard depends on your coding skill, but you'll get some help here ;)
