Re: Lightroom plug-in beta testing - invitation

Hey,

Things Tested:

* Added the ability to create multiple Publish Services, each with an individual set of login credentials
Works for me...

* Fixed the error when re-parenting a unpublished album
When i try to move a Category from inside a "album set" to parent, i get an error (attached images).
The error appears when i try to move the "test-apple" after "Apple Store"

* Fixed the error when using the "Go to Album in Piwigo" option
Works for me

* Improved handling of situations when albums or photos are deleted from Piwigo service outside of Lightroom
what needs to be tested?

regards,
Polly

Re: Lightroom plug-in beta testing - invitation

Because the mechanism of storing the user name and password has been changed to allow for multiple independent configuration, you could receive a "user credentials are missing" error after the update.
The error means you need to re-configure your Publish Settings. Click the Piwigo publish service, enter your login name and password and then click Save. This should solve the issue.

Hi Polly,

You can simply delete a published photo or album using the Piwigo admin interface, then try "Go to Photo in Piwigo" or "Go to Album in Piwigo" from Lightroom. Instead of an internal error you should see a message saying "Unable to navigate".

I'll look into the issue with moving categories today or tomorrow the latest.

Move from an "album set" to an other "album set", NO PROBLEM

I can't reproduce this, but I believe I found and fixed what could cause this.
Build #226 is available for download. Please let me know if you still get the error.

i have deleted a folder, and i get the Error Message in LR like you said.
when i try "go to Piwigo" on an already published image i'll get "page not found" on the Piwigo Gallery

cheers,

Is this on the latest build (#226)?
Please e-mail me a screenshot of that error.
