I want to start my own photo album service and allow users to register their own accounts, upload photos, create albums and share links with others. It will be free at the moment? I this extension a good place to start and what else I will need in addition.

P.S. I am a LAMP developer so I have no problem tweeking code.

I have run into a minor problem with the community plugin. I created a test user to experiment with. I have it set up as "low trust" so the pictures can be validated.

I uploaded a couple of pictures

Community correctly reported that I had 2 pending photos waiting to be validated.

Since I was only testing, instead of invalidating the photos, I went into Piwigo's photo batch manager and deleted them there. Piwigo reported that they were pending before I deleted them. Now, community still says I have 2 pending photos, and whenever I upload more, the number pending is always 2 more than the actual amount.

Any ideas?
I am running Piwigo 2.5.2 with the latest community plugin on a hosted linux server.

I'm having a problem with community 2.5c and piwigo 2.52.

I'm setting the software up for a camera club where each member will have permissions to upload to their own album.

That much is working fine using the web interface, but when a user attempts to upload using the Lightroom Plugin (Version 1.12.0) they get an error message..
"This account has insufficient permissions on Piwigo. You must use and account with webmaster or admin permissions."

Can you help please?

Hi

Community use its own upload page but doesn't create a level between Admin and User inside Piwigo So Piwigo and any other plugins/extensions will see the user as a normal user

Surely that means that the Lightroom Plugin should be able to upload as a user? :)

no it mean that Community needs to be updated to create an api to allow the external plugin to check of the suer is an uploader or not

plg is the author but also the foundator of piwigo.org and .com and PigoLabs so... quite busy
You might try to hire him to get things faster

problem in link

orginal link want ".php?"

now how do i add ".php?" to adress Default ???
