Hello all,
I am not quite sure if I am posting in the right section, but here it goes....I am slowly but surely developing a nanoBSD os and I would like to include Piwigo as a feature in my OS. I was wondering what the software requirements were for Piwigo to be run on a local nanoBSD machine. From what I gather by reading some of the documentation Apache, Perl, and PHP libraries are needed. Am I missing anything?
Hi Andrew Stringfield,
You need Apache, PHP5, MySQL, php5-gd, php5-imagick (if possible), and make sure your PHP is compiled with EXIF support.
You don't need Perl unless you want to run pLoader (which has several other dependencies, see [Forum, post 116736 by plg in topic 16544] pLoader under ubuntu 10.10)
