Hi,
I am planning to use Piwigo on my photography portal. I generally upload my client's photos on Flickr(around 1000 photos) -> Share the album with the client -> Client chooses photos to be processed & printed(around 300-400) -> We compose album layouts(around 100) -> Upload to Flickr for client feedback -> Client gives feedback, changes, etc -> Finalized designs are uploaded.

I need to allow my clients to choose photos(maybe thru a radio button) and give feedback(thru comment box). I want to export a csv with the following fields, 1) Image name, 2) Photo chosen or not (as yes/no or 1/0), 3) Feedback as text.

Once I get this file I can build a small desktop app for segregating the 300 odd photos which my client has chosen from the 1000.

Is there a plugin or feature which allows me to do so?

Hi,
I am not sure if I could make myself clear, I want my clients to "Pick" photos of their choice and also post "Comments" for the same. Once done, I need to generate a csv or a txt file containing the list of names chosen photos with their comments.
Did I post this in the wrong place? If so can this be shifted to the appropriate place?

no no it's the good place :D

there is my point of view :
- your clients select their pictures with de "Favorite picture" function (you can rename the label)
- they can also add omments to the picture with the common Comment feature
- then a little plugin generates a csv file using the Favorites section of the client

I can code this plugin if you give the template of the csv file

Thanks a lot for your reply.
I am attaching the csv here. It contains the following 3 fields-
1) FILE_NAME
2) LIKE - 0/1 (1 for like and 0 for unlike)
3) COMMENTS - Max 100 characters

As you suggested, "- then a little plugin generates a csv file using the Favorites section of the client"
Will this plugin be available for Admin or Clients as well? I was looking at this plugin for Admin to download a list of photos selected by my clients.

Also pls let me know how to disable the "COMMENTS" field later if I feel it is not required.

it adds a link 'Generate CSV' on the plugin menu list

Just some advertising ;-) : you have [extension by LucMorizur] Event Cats which allows you to give access to a private album, giving only a URL to your client.

Nothing to see with your request, but it might be interesting for you.

hey!, is that CSV generator plugin still available somewhere?

yet another question, is the Client's "Favorites" can be resetted after finishing selection?
