I tried out this great plugin today since I really want to have an e-card function but ultimately had to remove it since its footprint under a photo is so large. Is there a way to make it an option/link under the photo display? The user could then select the option, if they wanted to send an e-card, then fill out the information.
I think it adds too much clutter to have the e-card form showing to everyone by default.

thanks for your feedback about that plugin.
For the "showing by default" this function, you could limit the usage if you have groups on your gallery. There is an option in piwecard admin page where you could select 1 or more group of users who could have access to this function. If you select no groups, the function is currently available for all users (including guests)
about the option you specify, i dont really understand what you want? Is it only the fact to reduce the "footprint" under the photo and for ex. add a button on top page to send an ecard? or is it another point?

Sorry for the delay. I have tried to implement the piwecard but this is what I encounter.
Again, piwigo 2.2.1 and "stripped" theme (but it also happens with included "dark" and "clear" that comes with the package. This is a rather fresh install as I am currently migrating my galleries to piwigo

oh, "stripped". Okay this is a incompatibility between stripped and piwecard if you use (in the theme config) the "Show description instead of title below image".
