Creating a Tag
I just want to confirm that Tag can't be created after uploading a pic? (manage this set of xx photos -> add tags) .. this Tag has to be created prior to the photos that being uploaded ? (Admin -> Tags -> Add a tag)

No Irene Eng, starting from Piwigo 2.1, you can create tags "on the fly" while adding them to one or more photos.
