how can i add author in my photos
Hi all,
actually I want to add author name in my album, or photos but I am unable to find this otion in my piwigo album anyone help me about this.

In [ Administration >> Pictures >> Batch manager ] you can do it.
Or individual picture can edit and change the author.

I am using piwigo for our fotoclub.
I am hesitating to give admin rights to all users - of course.
The community plugin allows uploads for all registered users. - excellent!
But - if you upload your foto - you cannot change the metadata afterwards.
The users should be able to make changes to -their own- pictures without being admin.
Any chance?
Any hints how to tweek piwigo to make this happen?
Is the rights management modular enough to allow access to a selected number of menu items in the admin menu for registered users?

I have the same problem, original postis from 2011, today is 2014 :)... I don's see authors name on page with image, why? I want see authors name and i want link from this name to his all photos. Somebody help?

Hi,
I am currently designing a wedding website for a friend and I have included a Piwigo gallery for the guests to upload photos, I am 100% sure they will not type their name in to author so is there a way to see who uploaded the picture on the screen?
