The Meta Generator tag is used to declare the name and version number of the publishing tool used to create the page.
as far as I know the tag as absolutely no influence on SEO

sorry is header.tpl
go to Administration -> plugin -> localfileeditor -> tab 'template'
make template
Go o Administration -> cpnfig -> template ->
apply persotemplate to header.tpl

i just done it with edit header.tpl file in my server thanks i have one other question sir, this is my site

yes you can modif directly file *.tpl , but when you make update to piwigo you lost all modif :-(
