categories/albums user upload users web upload

I would like to create a usergroup called contributors
The members of this group should be able to upload images to a list of selected categories

any idea how to do this? I can't see way to do this :(

Thanks, I used that and it seems to work
However as a contributor i am not able to delete pictures i uploaded or manage any categories
Are there any other plugins/solution for this?
