I have installed the iPhotoToPiwigo on my Mac (Using OSX 10.7.4 and iphoto 11) but when I go to export the photos there is no tab for Piwigo. Has anyone else run into this?
Thanks
Darrell

Hi,
Have you download the lastest version 1.3A ?
verify if the plugin is installed in : /Library/Application Support/iPhoto/Plugins/
if exist : verify if the /Library/Application Support/iPhoto/Plugins/ have the good rights.
in terminal : ls -ld /Library/Application\ Support/iPhoto/Plugins
Permissions should be: drwxrwxr-x
Owner should be root
group should be admin
if not good permissions and owner :
1) sudo chown -R root:admin /Library/Application\ Support/iPhoto/Plugins/
2) sudo chmod -R g=u /Library/Application\ Support/iPhoto/Plugins/
and test again.
Thank's for reply

Hi,
I'm on OSX 10.7.4 iPhoto '11 (Version 9.3.2 (670.63)), just downloaded and installed the latest version 1A. Unfortunately there's still no Piwigo export tab..

Hi,
Have you try this :
Close iPhoto
1) sudo chown -R root:admin /Library/Application\ Support/iPhoto/Plugins/
2) sudo chmod -R g=u /Library/Application\ Support/iPhoto/Plugins/
and test again

Although the permissions were like this
drwxrwxr-x 4 root admin 136 30 Aug 15:59 Plugins
i've done what you've told. And test it again... - no luck.
No Piwigo export tab.

I'm loving the iPhotoToPiwigo plugin. One thing I noticed is that I cannot create a Top Level album. If I leave the Album unchecked, or select the top level "Album" item, then click Create Folder, I'll get an error message "ALBUM is not selected". The plugin requires me to create albums as sub-albums to existing album.
Example of iPhoto with no Albums selected
Example of iPhoto with the top level Album selected
Should I be able to create top-level albums?
Thanks, Glen
