When viewing photos as 'original size' they open in a standard new window with scroll bars.

I was hoping that an extension like PAMOORAMA would be available for V2.4 that opened a 'pop-up' lightbox type window for original size images which could be panned with the mouse rather than having to use scroll bars - but cannot find anything like this.

Unfortunately when I installed PAMOORAMA (which I seem to recall worked this way) it does not seem to do anything.

Can anyone suggest an alternative to the standard 'New Window' for 'original size'.

PAMOORAMA doesn't work in 2.4. Hoping for an update, but with the new sizes issue, this might not be feasible.

What would be useful - but I am not a coder so I don't know how dificult it would be , or even if it is possible - would be a plugin which has an option to open the 'Original' size in a 'lightbox' window with panning ability rather than a new full size browser window with scrolling.

There is currently a similar thread in the French forum ; because the multi sizes are completely new, I can assure you extensions will deal with panorama. There is a demand so it should have theme adaptations or new plugins to deal with it

I have just seen that the 'Stripped' theme uses the 'panning in lightbox' option, but it does not have the rest of the multiple sizes available, so a plugin to add it to 'any' theme could be possible ;-)

In stripped the multiple size are available ;) not to the visitor, but to the admin.
Sizes (websize & HD) are chosen by the administrator, in the config menu.
