Script folder creation upon new user creation

I am creating a website for a client in the photography business. I currently have the Protected Albums
plugin installed.

I would like a new folder to be automatically created when a new user signs up on the website. I would like the folder name to be the username and to be protected so that only the user and the administrator can view the folder.

Is there a way to write a script to do this, or some other way?

Thanks for your help.

Ok,

Once I have created the php file, what should I name it and what is the process to employ it to the website?
