Having used the Elegant Theme on a gallery of mine, I find the Photo Tooltips strange.

If there is a Photo Description this is displayed, which is fine.

If there is a Photo Title this is displayed alongside the Filename, which is ok e.g. "Title - IMG1234.jpg".

If there is no Description or Title, the Filename is displayed twice e.g. "IMG1234 - IMG1234.jpg".
I think this should only be the full Filename.
