There was an old bug (I don't know what) that prevented pLoader.exe to work with Wine.

It was a problem for linux user of an other distribution than ubuntu, for example linux ploader do not compile/run under openSUSE (any version).

until recently, "wine pLoader.exe" could not connect to the net. Now it can.

Give as url the piwigo url, for me "http://dodin.org/piwigo/" (no file after piwigo/), the admin login/passwd et go!

to install wine 1.7 on openSUSE use:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositori … .3/x86_64/
and pick yours (32 or 64 bits)

for me 2 files needed:

wine-snapshot-32bit-1.7.0.20130821.1756-1.1.x86_64.rpm
wine-snapshot-1.7.0.20130821.1756-1.1.x86_64.rpm
