I want to change in german "Über uns" to "Über mich"

Where i must exactly put $lang['About'] in the local file editor?
Or must i choice some file?

Nothing is loading in local files editor, if i choice common.lang.php on the top on the right, a new window is opening but i can change nothing.
I can change the text inside of "About" with an htlm editor.

PS : you can also write in french, i see that you are from France. It's easier for me, i'm from Luxemburg.

I have another question, i didn't find nothing about in the Forum.
How can i add (create) a "buttom" Impressum which is always on every page, for example in the foot, down of the page? Than i must also create a new page and put a link on the buttom Impressum?

I don't think so. "Über uns" is similar to "About us" and "Über mich" is similar to "About myself".

I mean, in Piwigo, the "About" sentence located on index page is dedicated to Piwigo engine and team, right ? So the german translation of "About" have to be more generic, no?

But if we are talking about an additionnal personal "About" page, then it could be "Über mich".
