language_switch (_menubar) (added evil_blog to the list)

It's me again... I am sure I used to have a row of flags so users could select a language. I am pretty sure the plugin language_switch  is installed. When I go to admin and select plugins, I see the language_switch  in the top rows (active plugins), yet I see no language switch on the album, nor in the "manage" part of the admin.

So, I selected deactivate; the plugin goes to to lower part and shows "deactivated"; I reactivate and still no way to switch languages. I removed the plugin and went to the tab "other plugins". I re-downloaded the plugin and installed it again. Yet, no way to switch languages.

Same thing for language_switch_menubar. It can be installed, uninstalled and deactivated, but I see no way to switch the language?

And the frustrating thing is: I am 100% sure it worked. It was there.

----------
Same for evil_blog as it turns out. There is no way to configure the evil_bolg, yet I made a blog post just 2 hours ago warning my members the pictures would go behind a lock because of spammers. So Iam 100% sure it used to work. Now all of the sudden I can not get it to work anymore....

---------
last edit before I go cry myself to sleep: piwishack should have a config option right? With me, it doesn't.

Hi
the language plugins doesn't have a config page: it adds a flag icon, in the toolbar of the main content block, and in the menu for the 'menubar' one

I notify Evilkant

It is switched on in the admin (see pic): http://www.kerstdorpen.nl/catalog3/ -> there is no language switch.

I don't understan. Can you see admin page of Evil_blog? Or you want more configurations?

Re: language_switch (_menubar) (added evil_blog to the list)

I can't see the blog config link. Or the blog-posts I already made.  nor the flag icon....

I "simply" disabled comments alltogether ;) should take care of the spamming ;)

"Not by choice"
does that mean the configuration page says they shouldn't be disabled?

You might have a corrupted installation due to a problematic update: maybe all files were not overwritten so upload your version of Piwigo by overwriting all existing files
