I want to change the way how user add photo via Community module

1. only one photo and no Flash (it is not supported on Apple devices)
2. Only one ("Community") album, ideally that combobox should not even be visible

I played with file \plugins\community\add_photos.tpl. Tried to remove some code from there, etc.

I understand it is better to create my own *.TPL extention but don't know if I can override only one function.

Please give me some advice about places I should change/extend so I will not break Piwigo.
