I found out that the display on the photo page depends on where you add the location on the image page. If you go into the OpenStreetMap plugin through administration and look at the Configuration tab, there is a pull down menu for "add location before." This has to be set to something that is showing on the page to make the map visible. E.g., in the case of your picture, you probably want to set it to "created on" and see if that fixes the display issue you're seeing. If it is set to something that you have hidden from display on the photo pages, the map will also be hidden.
