Uploader--flash and html--successfully uploads, but files broken
Hi,
I am a total noob, but had a preliminary installation of piwigo working quite well, however when I try to upload via the site I am getting broken files/question marks. This is for the thumbnails, and when I click on them it opens to a blank photo. I am not sure what the problem is. Anyone have ideas? I have included an album called sample errors which has an example error file. My site is www.miloais.com/mipictures

Hi! Thanks for the quick reply.
In the upload file for today's date there is the picture (a 2 mb jpg which I downloaded, it opens normally offline in apple preview) and a file called index.htm.

Could you go to the _data/i folder and tell us the same thing?

The i folder has one called upload and one called galleries. The upload folder has the old files, which all uploaded fine, with an associated index.htm to go with the jpg files. The new failed ones have the index.htm but no jpg files.
When I do the i.php thing in the FAQ you sent...I get:

I am not sure. I created a sample album called sample errors. In the upload folder, the actual jpg file I uploaded is there. However in the _data/i/uploader folder, the file is NOT there.
I am not sure how to add $conf['enable_i_log'] = true. I keep getting a synax error when I try to save. I just have it like this:

$conf['enable_i_log'] = true
?>
How should the file actually look?

UPDATE:
I have realized that some photos work fine when uploaded. The ones that work are those that I download off of a website such as facebook. So it seems to be something with my files I am uploading. Not quite sure what it is though, they are small JPGS created in lightroom (also tried iphoto) originally from RAW files. Any ideas?

Further UPDATE:
Of those I exported from iphoto, 2 of 25 properly uploaded and work on the site. The other 23 have the broken link sign.
