Re: [modus] Theme version 2.6.a

This is it, it seems. I had the retina thumbnails set to 'S'. If I change it to XS then the nice album view is restored.

So I guess you set a max size for the nice version? Would be good to make that configurable. Maybe I can offer a patch. Do you have the code on github or similar?

The only remaining issue is that when viewing individual photos on the phone you can't swipe from one to another, which I thought worked on your theme. Any ideas on that?

Thanks again for the theme and your help!

Bryan

Nope. Never implemented swipe. However simple tap/click on left or right side of photo works.

Okay, I must have confused it with another theme. Thanks again for your responsiveness and great work!

No, as far as know. This is part of the theme decision. In modus information is on the right for large screens and below the photo for small screens ...

Rvelices.  Can you tell me or even have code. To how you put a little info on right in home page was it done in the CSS local files.    As would like to add little info on top to finish it off but not sure how to add it.   I wanted a plain webpage which I've done.  [url=http://ddmemories.co.uk/photo/[/url].

Sorry I don't understand what you mean. Please open a new discussion but I have the feeling that what you ask does not have to do anything with the theme.

Hi,  You have a great theme and I am using it on my site.  How do you show the EXIF information at the bottom of the photo by default?

Thanks,

Ajay

Re: [modus] Theme version 2.6.a

Hi Radu,

Great theme, working well for me :-). I now am finally activating a new gallery. I need to convert a simple horizontal menu above the standard one to be responsive. Can you explain to me how the menu switcher works to do that?

Here's the URL to the new site folder (not currently live, though the site itself is. Please ignore the China banner, that will change!)

Thanks,

Tony

I suppose you call menu switcher the opening of the menus when you hover over Albums, Explore ....
This is completely done through CSS. The rules related to the menu are found in themes/modus/css/menuh.css.tpl

Re: [modus] Theme version 2.6.a

Thanks for the response. What I'm trying to do is make my horizontal menu bar become responsive, i.e. switch to a hamburger icon and vertical menu in the same way the main menu below does. To be honest, I'm not quite clear as to how this is done in the CSS. I suppose one alternative is to repeat the code for the menubar and use a different ID, but I'm not clear exactly how the icon is generated (I note the reference in the CSS to menu switcher, e.g. make space 25px) and would be grateful for a few pointers!

Re: [modus] Theme version 2.6.a

Hi,

is it possible to set all of the album & child album thumbnails to the same size?

Thanks!

Sorry I dont understand your question - all albums thumbnails have the same size weather they are parents / children ....

I guess since the theme rotates through photos, if one is a different size than the others, it'll size the thumbnail differently.
