Hello/Hi/Greetings,

Hi again.  For the "File Uploader" extension, is it available only to the administrator?  Or is there a way for a regular user to upload files?  (I am looking for an easy way for users to upload video.)

Ideally the upcoming HTML uploader would handle both images and video so these didn't have to be handled separately...
