Hello/Hi/Greetings,
I have installed community an it has a link for upload photos but it does not work. The only way to upload is by admin!
I have looked at various postings and non provide a solution.
I suspect it is to do with a conflict between extensions, has any one else had this issue a know of a way to solve it?

I don't know if this is the same issue since you don't say what errors you receive but when I have the community plug installed and try to upload from the new left-hand menu, and have ? removed from the urls, the uploader won't load
I've found with the following setting in the local config that the uploader doesn't load. If I comment out that line, it works.
the uploader in the admin panel always works.
$conf['question_mark_in_urls'] = false;
I've also tried clearing the caches and compiled templates and the only thing that brought that button back was commenting out the line above.
