Release 2.7.0beta2 under preparation

I have a issue with the bootstraptour: I've found it can't be linked to html element which are dynamically added to a page. So on the upload page, when pictures are added, it can't point to links 'manage this set' etc. So I need to rework it
I also need to do versioning for translations keys
But that's of for beta2
