I am unable to upload photos and i am receiving the following error
403 Forbidden

Access is forbidden to the requested page:

/piwigo/admin.php?page=photos_add&upload_mode=html&processed=1 (port 80)

Please forward this error screen to xx.xxx.xxx.xxx WebMaster.

Hello
This is a sever side issue. Check for any htaccess and rename theme one by one to see if one is faulty
maybe check the server logs for more info on th error
