Hello/Hi/Greetings,
I just noticed that the Fotorama plugin was indirectly spying on its users: fotorama.js loads in an iframe the URL http://data.fotorama.io/?version='+fotoramaVersion, which itself triggers a request to http://mc.yandex.ru/watch/25506206?page … -info=.... (as I understand it, the double indirection hides the referrer, the page-url= argument points to data.fotorama.io). It does not disappear with Do-Not-Track set.
That seems to be quite strongly conflicting with Piwigo's principles (both piwigo.org and piwigo.com actually).
Fortunately, this is quite easy to disable, using e.g. [extension by ddtddt] Add < head > Element and this script:
<script type="text/javascript"> window.blockFotoramaData = true; </script>
but that would be much better to either completely disable it in the Fotorama plugin, or at least to have a tickbox to enable or disable it (preferably an opt-in IMHO).
Thanks,

Not really what I was looking for actually: I was trying to see whether preloading worked correctly with Firefox's console, and was quite surprised to see this URL in the middle of mine!
