folders and subfolders thumbnails
Hello everyone!
Just one question
HOW TO make folder/subfolder thumbnails from the first picture in it? automatic please.
and yeah forgot, there is some limit in gallery parsing response like a 30sec, can I change it?

One question per thread please
You will have to manually set the first picture as representative of the album. A automatic way is not trivial because it depends on the permissions, on the sorting etc
For your other question you're probably asking for the php timeout :it's server level configuration
