I can not write in the Tags box.
It is off by hovering the mouse also in other boxes:

Only change color
Please Help me

looking at your screenshot, your JavaScript is either disabled or crashed
open the developper console (https://developer.apple.com/safari/tools/) to see if there is an error

It happens the same with Firefox and Crome
I installed a new Java but nothing has changed

I said JavaScript, not Java !!
