Hello,

I'm new to Piwigo and I'm using version 2.8.

When I upload photos using either the webform or using FTP+Synchronization, in both cases, I just upload the high resolution file of my photo. However, in reading up on this, there's some old documentation out there about needing to resize the photos before uploading and/or behind the scenes Piwigo is resizing them.

Do I need to resize my photos before uploading? It seems to work fine if I don't.

Can anybody shed some light on this for me?
