Associate Installed Piwigo with different database

Hi,

I would like to associate a working instance of Piwigo 2.7.4 with a new, but identical database.  This is to save a complete working configuration before doing an update to version 2.8.1.

How can I get "install.php" to run again in an installed working program?

Thank you in advance for any suggestion.

Piwigo version:2.7.4
PHP version: 5.3.29
MySQL version: 5.5.44-0ubuntu0.12.04.1-log

Re: Associate Installed Piwigo with different database

You can simply edit the database configuration in local/config/database.inc.php.

But you will need a fully copy of the piwigo directory, especially upload/, to get a "full" backup.
