Hello/Hi/Greetings,

Can someone kind point me in the direction of instructions on how to set up the plugin? I've activated it on my site but haven't a clue how to set currency (it's currently set to euros) or any other options I might have with it.

Thanks a bunch. It's probably staring me in the fact - which is probably why I can't see it.
