I installed Piwigo on a ReadyNAS recently and just completed the upgrade to 2.8.2.  It worked perfectly.

I have about 12,400 pictures in Piwigo now and will load a couple thousand more.  It's been terrific to use and completely reliable.  And the mobile support has been top notch!
