HTML Code For Landing Page

Can I get a pointer to some samples of HTML code ?

Here's what I want...

-+-  The User enters a URL into his browser's address bar
-+-  The Piwigo album appears on his screen

I'm still pretty new here, and I did look on the Docs tab, so pointers to the proper section there are welcome.

Re: HTML Code For Landing Page

I have my piwigo installed at

http://my3dthings.com/pwi_install/piwigo/ (if you type this into browser you will get there)

This is maybe cumbersome, so I went into Cpanel of hosting service and created a subdomain called "gallery"

http://gallery.my3dthings.com/ (this also takes you direct to piwigo gallery)

Re: HTML Code For Landing Page

I looked at your links, and also your home page.

Did you manually construct the code for your home page ?

If you used an automated development tool of some sort, can you point me to it ?

For layout of gallery, I just used plugins available on admin page.
The intro/welcome message is "Evil_Blog"
Theme is "Modus" with gdThumb plugin. (The full effect is seen only if you are logged in as non-guest)

I just use text editor to write/modify pages, like in piwigo I change "photos" to "pictures" since I don't do photographs.
My non-piwigo pages are just done with text editor (thats why it looks like ten years old).
Trying to make site look better by adding forum and piwigo.  I think I will try to learn wordpress because a lot of pages are done that way now.
