Hello/Hi/Greetings,

Have loaded the plugin 'Virtualize'.  When triggered there is a dialog that includes the line

"Make sure you have a backup of your "galleries" directory and a dump of your database."

Backing up the galleries directory is easy enough but how do I dump my database?
