uploading using the web form fails frequently with incomplete files and "This method requires HTTP POST" message.

I am on openSUSE Leap 42.2 and installed using piwigo-netinstall.php

Correcting the upload is very difficult because the "select files" area closes before one can record the errant uploads.

piwigo is owned:   wwwrun:www   (standard on openSUSE)
