Hi Piwigo code contributors,

I plan to release Piwigo 2.9.5 in the next days. Beginning of next week. We haven't released any new version for too long and 2.10 is really not ready yet. 2.9.5 will at least fix the user list issue (introduced in version 2.9.4).

If you have anything specific to add or ask, please do :-)
