Hello/Hi/Greetings,

I just installed piwigo on a local server but it looks like my CSS is not loaded. See screenshot attached.
I have no errors on client side (everything return nicely 200s...)
Also the installation went fine without a problem, so i don't think i have any problems with permissions on folders.

Piwigo version: tried both 2.10.0 and 2.9.5
PHP version: 7.3.0
MySQL version: 15.1
Piwigo URL: http://piwigo.local
