Greetings,

I updated to 2.10 and was no longer able to upload pictures (would time out) but only when using HTTPS

After a bit of research I found that disabling the function call fetchRemote in /admin/include/functions_upload.inc.php fixed the problem. 

I've removed the call and everything is working fine now. 

Just wondering if this solution will become a problem in the future.
