Actually, the Piwigo Android application authored by Gareth Deli is not the official app.
You can get the app here: https://piwigo.org/get-piwigo
Otherwise, you can get on F-Droid: https://f-droid.org/en/packages/org.piwigo.android/

As the "medium" quality for the photos seems disabled on your server, I would recommend to switch to "large" quality in the settings and restart your application.
Also, yet, the application is only able to display the 100 first photos of the album.
Hopefully, there is an upcoming fix, that is not yet done, so you must be patient on this point..

I changed the config to show medium and now they show up in the mobile app. Thanks.
I'm not sure where the large setting is in the app. I couldn't find it?
I also see how it doesn't show the whole gallery like you said, only 100 photos.
Wish list....
It'd be great if you could rate the photo, that's what the other app did. I'd like to be able to have customers rate the photo, then the next photo shows up.
Having a way to have customers upload their own photos with details would be ideal. Here is where our current gallery is that we coded many years ago. The current Piwigo install is on a test server

A dream would be a way to have customers upload photos to galleries for each car show we sponsor (hundreds a year)
And of course I'd love to be able to brand the app with our own logo, etc.
I'm currently way to busy with moving our whole web site to a new platform (from Yahoo Store to Open Cart) but hopefully I can help here in the future once the dust settles.
